the Interpretation and Translation Department at Hispanics United of Buffalo is commited to excelence and quality, and offers the services of trained interpreters and translators to meet and exceed the needs of our cients. Our qualified interpreters go through rigorous screening and training processes to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

INTERPRETING SERVICES

 Our professional interpreting services can help your organization to communicate with your non-English clients in a variety of situations, from meetings to medical aapointments. Interpreting is crucial to many organizations in today's multicultural society whether they are for local authorities, government agencies, private companies, non-profit agencies, medical appointments,clinics, home visits, hospitals, hearings, schools, etc.

WHAT INTERPRETING SERVICE DO YOU NEED?

Face to face Interpreting

Consecutive interpreting: Ideal for questions/answers situations such as medical appointments, interviews, etc.

Simultaneous interpreting: The interpreter listens to the speaker and reproduces the speech in the target language as it is being delivered in the source language.

Telephone interpreting: We provide telephone interpreting service in over 50 languages, making it ideal for local authorities, government agencies, the Police and Probation Services, or any other organization that needs reliable interpretation they can trust.

Legal and Court Interpreters: Nowhere is the quality of an interpreter more important than in a court of law. All interpreters have been assessed to ensure they interpret only the words that are spoken, accurately. We are also dedicated to provide high quality professional language translation service at excellent prices.

Our interpreting rates: HUB charges $40.00 per first hour. After that, an increment of 15 minutes will be billed. Each request for services shall be billed a minimum of 1 hour. For 4 hours - same language interpreting services, the rate is $38.00 per hour. For 8 hours - same language interpreting services, the rate is 36.00 per hour.

TRANSLATION SERVICES

We provide translations in over 50 languages

Our professional translators are ready to translate for you. From website translation and technical manuals to HR documents and signage, we can provide your translation on time, every time. Civil records such as birth certificates, death and divorce records, etc. can be translated accurately and promptly, too. Sight translation is also available.

Our professional translators provide high quality document translation and proofreading to enable personal and business customers to communicate accurately in other languages. All translation and proofreading is undertaken by native speaking linguists.

                   Note: The translation of documents is done in the format in which they are received. If a client sends a document in Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., the translation is made in the same program and the client receives the translated document exactly as the original, but in the target language. That way the translated document can be edited without the client having to retype it or redesign it again. This has proven to be both very convenient and time saving. Our clients are happy because we take care of the typing of the document respecting the format and the final product is one of excellent quality and accuracy.  

Our translation rates: HUB charges between $35.00 to $38.00 per page.
